We ordered over 65 dollars worth of food on Saturday March 6th. We got home and realized that they didn't include our entree. We called back and spoke to Khaled who said they can't refund it because a manager left and they can't recook it because the kitchen was closed. They told us to call back and they would cook it tomorrow. We told them we didn't want to drive back tomorrow nor eat it the next day and simply wanted our money for the missing food. They refused. My husband went in and spoke to the manager today, March 7th. They refused to refund him nor compensate him. They said that they "can't refund" orders from the day before and the employee should have called them to do it the day it happened. We told them that it isn't our fault that their employee didn't know what to do and we simply wanted money back for something we didn't get when it was originally ordered. If we weren't willing to drive back to get it in person, we just would have been out of luck? They clearly didn't want to give money back or rectify the mistake properly. They offered to cook the dish again but at that point, it was worthless and upsetting. They lied stating that money can't be refunded. All businesses have that capability.
