The pizza at this charming spot is truly exceptional, miles ahead of any other in the area. The atmosphere is rustic and cozy, with a covered gazebo adding a pleasant touch to the dining experience. The Palermo pie with crumbled sausage is a standout dish, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.

Well. I used to love this place. Food is decent. Service not so much. Today I made an order and the guy calls back later and says it's too far away- after I got charged on my card.
They claimed it didn't go through but it did. I literary just checked my bank statement twice. Its already pending full amount.
I have ordered from here quite a few times and the first two times I didn't get a problem. I almost alwayd left a good tip.
The 3rd or 4th time it took over an hour and a half to get here.
The 4th or 5th time I ordered my order was made wrong. I get charged for extra ingredients that they didnt even use. To top it off, it was over 3 hours late. I called back after an hour to check the status. They said they forgot. Comes an hour later and it arrives... It doesnt got what I ordered for and was still charged for it because i actually had pre-paid by card.
I call back and they say they're sending a new one. I wait another hour and somehow they forgot again and it wasnt started. Being patient I waited and they delivered it after another 30 minutes as a form of apology with a gift card.
The problem with today is I already paid for it, the guy (owner i assume) asks to how i will pay for it. I explained that I paid already via card and they got the nerve to claim it didnt go through and I explained I could show them my current bank statement (atleast the part where it says the charge went through). The guy complains about distance and it is literary 12 minutes of driving distance. Even the first driver that came here mentioned it was extremely close.
I am a very very patient person and over 75% of the times I leave decent amount of tips (except the times they are super late where i end up leaving less) but this takes the cake.
I have lived in another area and in that last home the food delivery where quite a ways. Each and everytime they managed to get here on time. So how come a closer store has a problem with it?
Now I have to go to my bank and explain this whole frustration to get my money refunded because the "gentleman" wouldn't.

Best place in Fredon! Never a bad meal! Waitresses are awesome, Gazebo is great! The food is excellent!!!!
