My family recently dined at Mediterranean Chateau and we were promptly seated for our party of 10. The garlic shrimp appetizer was a hit with my dad, while I enjoyed the Stuffed Sole Special for my main course. The service was excellent and the atmosphere felt welcoming and cozy. We had a great experience overall and will definitely be returning in the future.

Mediterranean Chateau,
On hearing others mention this place being a good place to go we decided to try it.
I would give most everything a thumbs up except for our waitress.
Not a very friendly or accommodating person.
Right from the start she gave us an attitude. Adriana asked if she could take a pic of us since it was my birthday. She replies I'm busy. So we accept that but later I reminded her we would appreciate her taking it for us & just walked off never doing it. Dri took a selfie of us. Everything seemed to bother this woman?
At the end of the evening I said we would like to get a take out container to bring the rest home.
She grabbed our plates & I told her I would also like the last roll as well since it was absolutely delicious.
Guess what was not in the box when we got home?
The roll!!!
I can understand being busy these days, I wait far longer in many businesses than usual & take into account short of help. But we went early, it was far from busy.
I did make my dissatisfaction known to the person at the front desk.
Sadly, we have no intention of ever going back because of this experience.
I almost always tip very well, especially these days bare minimum 20 to 25%
I wanted to leave this person a dollar but Dri talked me into giving 10%
This is why I would much rather do take out & bring the meal home to eat. Customer service is horrible these days. 😵
