The plain pizza at Primavera's was incredibly delicious, and the interior was welcoming and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, the service was efficient, and the food was consistently fantastic - a definite favorite for Italian cuisine in Linden.

We ordered from here at least once a week. The food is usually wonderful.
Tonight we ordered, a veal parm dinner, sausage pepper and onion hero and
tortellini alfredo. The veal and sausages were deep fried. They were so dry the veal was curling in on itself, and the sausages were completely dried out, when you bit into them they crumbled. The tortellini was almost as hard as when it went into the water. We called them, giving them a chance to address this issue.
The person who answered the phone, could not have been more unconcerned.
Going so far as saying he didn't believe there was a problem. We even told them to come and take it back to see for themselves. They weren't interested.
Sorry to say, they have lost a customer. I guess they don't care about losing appx. $400 a month in revenue from us.
