I visited Dick and Judy's today after being drawn in by the enticing aroma of their food. The smothered chicken, oxtail dinner, and various sides exceeded my expectations, making it clear that this restaurant serves authentic soul food reminiscent of home-cooked meals from my childhood in Alabama.
