The jalapeño bagel is incredibly rich and delicious, and the service is always quick and friendly. I love their whole wheat everything bagel and the veggie cream cheese with fresh chives-definitely a must-try! Even with a recent ownership change, they've maintained the quality, making it a reliable spot for great breakfast options.

I went there today with some friends for the first time. We had a horrible experience. First of all, there was only one person working there. He took our order, there were six of us. We were the only ones in the restaurant. As people walked in to order takeout, he completed their orders first, even though there was no one in there when we ordered. I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I received a bagel with plain cream cheese and strawberry jelly on it. It was gross. No one else in our party liked their orders either. The service was horrible and the food was horrible. Do not go here.
