The Toga Bar at Caesars in Atlantic City had a relaxed vibe, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable bartender, Brett. His drink recommendations were on point, catering to even picky drinkers like me. The bar was busy on New Year's Eve, but the service was quick and attentive, making it a good experience overall. It would be great to see the bar consistently lively like that.
