Whenever I'm in the mood for Peruvian flavors, this family-friendly eatery is my go-to. The dishes like pollo a la brasa and vegetable chaufa are consistently delicious, complemented perfectly by their flavorful green sauce. While the customer service could use improvement, the variety of Spanish cuisine in Passaic, particularly the rice chaufa, never fails to satisfy my palate.
