Finding this hidden treasure in the Montclair area has been a game-changer for my cravings of authentic Dominican fare. The warm welcome from Johan, the owner, coupled with the aroma of freshly prepared dishes, creates an inviting atmosphere that makes every visit special. The Pollo Guisado I tried was incredible-moist and bursting with flavor, making it clear that the love and passion Johan pours into his cooking truly sets this establishment apart.
