I grabbed lunch from a cozy little spot the other day since my busy schedule left me no time to cook. The chicharrones were incredibly succulent and well-seasoned, and the baked chicken was moist and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the rice and non-greasy plantains. I was pleasantly surprised by the pickling onion on the side, which added just the right amount of heat and brightness to every bite; I can't wait to order extra next time!
