The food and service were exceptional, with a variety of vegan options available. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were attentive, making it a great dining experience overall.

I am not one for leaving bad comments or ever commenting on reviews of restaurants but this had me fed up with their lousy customer service. This was one of our favorite places to go out and eat. But then we started having bad experiences with them. First the waitress argued with us because we ordered a dragon roll which comes with shrimp and crab, we were served eel instead. We asked for a new roll or for it to be taken off the check because we didn’t eat it or touch it and it was not what we ordered. The manager rudely went and told us dragon roll has eel and so fourth. You can google ingredients for a dragon roll or check their menu for ingredients, no where does it say eel. So we paid for a roll we did not order or eat. The second time we got take out, when we got home started eating I found a piece of hair in my food. I knew it was not ours because my hair is passed my waist, and my husband didn’t even touch my to-go box. So after all that we thought to give them one more chance today. We got there like hour before closing. Everything is going well then we see a guy walking around spraying bug killer all over while we were eating and other customers. Then I receive my plate, while I was putting sauce and mixing all the meat with the rice I noticed hard pieces of something white. I pick it up and notice they were egg shells and had pieces of lent stuck to the shell. I then tell the server and he takes the shells and comes back to say all he can do is take 10% off because the “boss†is not there. So I asked for a new plate and they said they couldn’t, then I asked for it to be taken off completely from my ticket and the server said they couldn’t because he would be charged for the meal and the “boss†is not there. Shortly after a manager comes to the table with a rude attitude asking what is wrong with my plate. I let her know how my plate has egg shells mixed in, and she tells me it’s common because they use eggs in the rice and it happens but does not offer to replace or anything. So I tell her I am not going to eat this with eggshells can I get new plate or get it taken off my check. She stands there arguing with me saying I ate half my plate when I haven’t even taken a bite. Then goes on to say it’s because I mixed my food and put too much hot sauce and that’s why I don’t want my plate. I told her Over and over it’s because my plate has crushed eggshells in it. So after 10 minutes of going back and fourth she rudely yells at me that she will take the plate off my check and storms off yelling in her native language. Worst customer service I ever received! I hope this don’t happen to anyone else, very embarrassing will not be going here ever again.
