While visiting my parents in town, we tried this burger joint and I had the Ranchero Burger with Christmas chile on it, which had just the right amount of spice. My dad was impressed by the owner's clever idea of serving the burgers in taco shells, earning it a solid 4-star rating from us. My kids absolutely love the burgers here, especially the green chili burger, and I personally enjoy their regular burger with fresh toppings and perfectly crispy fries. The drive-thru service is fast and friendly, making it a convenient and delicious local favorite for us.

This place SUCKS! Everytime I go there my order is wrong. Rude customer service and Manager is just as rude. They would rather loose a customer than to fix the problem and make things right. Long wait at the drive threw. If the person in front of you has a big order you got to wait till their food is done instead of having them pull forward and taking their food out to them causing me to wait half hour for my food and then getting my food cold. Every time I go there I leave upset and my dinner is ruined. After today I am definitely not going back. Not worth my money!!! Oh by the way, the only way I could post my comment is I had to rate the business so I had no choice but to give a 1. Otherwise my rating is 0.

Stopped by this restaurant last night ordered my food. Got to the window and sat there for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Could hear all employees laughing and messing around. Then I saw employee eating my chile cheese fries as he was making them. Disgusting I told the guy behind me not to get his food and I will tell everybody never to eat at this restaurant again

I like & enjoy Bob's taquitos, supposedly their open until 9:30 pm Friday & Saturday......both days we showed up at 9:10 PM....right after we get off work.....sign is lighted.....looks like their open...but no one will answer the order board intercom...and we drove up to to drive-up window....we were totally ignored....what jerks !!!! If your closed....say so.....unhappy pissed off former customers....screw this place...we'll never come back...!!!!!!

34 minute wait. And another 10 minutes just to place the order. You don't even deserve one star. Food was cold except fries. Poor baby and mommy had been waiting too. Baby started crying because he was hungry. And omg shut off that beep. Owners start over with all management from top to bottom or your business will start suffering. Just look at your reviews

Waited in line at the drive up for 30 minutes I was trapped because theirs a wall. Worst service EVER food was okay not worth waiting for 30 minutes. Gas station food is way better. Avoid bobs in rio rancho #notworthit! #badbusiness

When I brought my order home I noticed they had forgotten my chicken nuggets and fries. I called and the person who answered the phone was very rude. Only received one receipt that I couldnt find the order number on. Was giving me a hard time after I spent 40.00 on food. Talked to the manager who was just as rude. Very disappointed with customer service!! Check your orders. They lost my business.

The chile here is always hot and tasty. The only thing I have a problem with is with the drive thru, most of the time you can count on your order being incorrect in some way. When I ask for no chile or no onions on an item, how hard is it to accomadate that request?

Went there to order food went to sit down all tables floors and where ketchup area was dirty place only had a few customers told workers and he went to clean only one table I told him hey u need to clean all tables there all dirty your floors ketchup area in fact im calling the main office then he started cleaning everything other people were thanking me not going there no more was there fri at 6pm my phone number is 440/4214 my rating is no stars I hope u get red tagged nxt step is environmental health department

We usually Love this location for Bob's but our experience last night was horrible. Rude customer service it looked like a dump, trash cans over flowing. Fryer was broken. Sat for 15 min and we were finally asked wat we ordered. We were the the only people in lobby. Asked for refund and it took 10 min before asst mgr figured out how to give refund. Never going back. Booooo

The chili here is they reason I go here. Defenantly get my chili fix here. The customer service is good to me, anytime my order is not to par they always fix it right and bring it out to me. Defenantly come here to get my chili fix on Taco Tuesday!!!!!

Love the food... service sucks suck sucks. Rio Rancho location had no customers inside, Left us on hold for 8 minutes. Listened to them cuss and cut up. Drove up. Had no customers. Ordered threw drive threw. Order was wrong.

My daughter and I ordered lunch from there and went home to eat it.My taco burgers were literally thrown together,half the meat was sticking out of the shell,there was tons of lettuce(considering that I ordered easy lettuce) and there was little to no chili on the taco burgers.The whole reason I go to Bobs is because of the chili,the wait time considering there was only 1 car in front of me was 15 minutes.I called the manager to let him know he wanted me to bring the burgers back,I live about 15 miles from the location and gas is too high to drive back just to show him the taco burgers,i got the feeling he didn't believe me.He said without seeing the burgers there was nothing he could do because he wouldn't get credit on them.I told him at least inform your staff of the lousy customer service I received,at that time he finally apologized.We need a Bobs in Bernalillo,NM!Thank You,Luci Coleman(I can be reached at lucic64@live.com
