This is a response to Anonymous... Christmas is not green Chile you idiot, Christmas is a combination of Red and Green Chile, hence the term Christmas as in the Christmas Colors red and green. I would overcharge you too for being an idiot. You ordered both red and green, Christmas, so you should be charged for both. I on the other hand really enjoy Seferino's excellent food but I have on several occasions been denied the garnish that I have paid extra for. If you order garnish (lettuce and tomatoes) on your dish, double check it. They always seem to conveniently forget the garnish you paid extra for when ordering takeout. They also sometimes confuse Tortillas and Sopapillas when ordering extra. The tortillas are a little salty for my taste, but I love their Sopa's. I always order extra Sopapillas. Yum...

Food is GREAT and is served fast!!! The wait staff is friendly :) Breakfast is my favorite, but I've loved all the menu items I've tried!!!

we eat at the one in rio rancho all the time. even when we cant afford it and we are always happy. the $1.70 for chili comment is about as smart as griping about about being charged for our brat grandaughter breaking a plate. she did it but the food was good even if we had to pay for the plate. my bride gets so upsetover these people who complain about our friends food. we have lived here for 14 or so years and always follow our frinds at seferinos so we can eat their food even tho i i should not eatit becasue i am so fat.

I at the Seferino's on Central on Sunday between 12:30 noon and 1:00 p.m. The food was great that is why I keep going back. The service wasn't so great. I ordered a side of green (Christmas) I was brought two bowls, one with green and one with red. They were not full maybe slightly over 1/2 but not by much. When I got my bill I was charged for 2 bowls. At $1.70 each that equaled $3.40 for my side of Christmas. When I explained to the cashier that I had been overcharged she said yes because I had ordered red and green chile. I explained to her that I had order one side of Christmas. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I said well can I speak to your boss. She said owner was not there. I told her if I paid for the second bowl I would not be back and her reply was o.k. I have been going to Seferino's for over 5 years. I have sent friends and family there for years. I have always gotten good service and I have never had an issue with my bill. Well for $1.70 you have lost a loyal customer. That manager will put YOU out of business there because anyone else would have taken the $1.70 loss and explained to me that in the future I would be charged for each bowl. I would not had a problem with them putting both chilies in one bowl after all that is what I ordered. (Christmas) It will be mey loss too because I love the Food.
