Stopping at The Bistro in Aztec, NM on a drive from Durango to Albuquerque, my husband and I were impressed by the exceptional service, delicious food like the Smothered Burrito Plate and the half Ultimate sandwich, and the friendly staff, making it a must-stop spot for us whenever we're in the area, with a great breakfast menu and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back.

I am a local that LOVES this place. The food is fresh and handmade. Very different atmosphere with vibrant decorations. Lovely outdoor patio and great coffe and drinks. I highly recomend!
