Found a great spot for breakfast that won't break the bank and is conveniently located off I25. The Belgian waffle and sausage were a hit - the waffle had the perfect crispiness and flavor. Despite being a self-proclaimed coffee snob, the cafe coffee hit the spot, and the friendly service made it a memorable stop.
