I absolutely adore the dynamite mushrooms and the Joji roll at this place. The atmosphere is charming and the Las Vegas and Philadelphia rolls are also worth trying. Despite any negative feedback, I highly recommend giving this sushi and Teppan grill a visit for a great dining experience.

The tempura is most definitely NOT lightly battered and not the right sauce, veggies overcooked. Due to takeout only, it's best as leftovers the next day.

I have been coming to Jo Jo`s for many years , it is my favorite restaurant in espanola.. The grill is just out of this world my kids love this place. There cooks are very friendly and always make us fill welcomed. The California roll is the best , there secrets is awesome I choose this place over any place any time and their customer service as always been great it is a little bit expensive but it is true worth it when your dining in with all your family for any special occasion this is the spot to go last went there me and my brother and my family and we got to see a famous person that comes out on the TV he was sitting at the very first table and that was a great experience. But I'll tell you something you got to have their fried ice cream dessert that is totally awesome I think I'll be visiting that place very soon thank you guys all for your service and for bringing this restaurant to this town....

Jo-Ji's has a variety of options for any diet. The chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu, rice, noodles, and sushi options are the best in the entire state. Friendly management, accommodating staff, and unmatched fresh ingredients are the keys to this restaurant's success and continuity. If you eat at the grills, ask for Omar. If you order sushi, ask for Joey. This place is by far the best, hands down!

Service sucks, but really, the chefs take too long, they can't keep up. Appetizers, soup and any bowls you order come out quickly, but you wait awhile for s roll, and the come out sporadically, if you order more than one.
They started out good when they first opened, but like almost everything in Espanola, gone downhill. They ought to go learn from other sushi restaurants, like Sakura in ABQ.

Tried over an hour of calling to see about getting reservations as the place is small and fills up fast.. no one would answer! food was good very overpriced rather go to Japanese Kitchen in Albuquerque but since this is the closest thing it was ok. Better service needed.

The food was really good but the service was horrible, we had a table of 7 and none of us had drinks, it took them forever to bring our sushi roll, the waitress just stand around doing anything, never coming back.
