Hey, have you tried those amazing shredded beef tacos in Ruidoso? I make sure to swing by every time I pass through that area. The staff is super friendly, and their jalapeño burgers and burritos are a hit with us. The green chili pork is just out of this world, and the chips and salsa rank in my top 5 favorites in town. It's like having two grandmas cooking up the best fast food around - the chorizo egg burrito was fire! The service, the food, and the prices were all spot on. A waitress even mentioned that her grandma had owned the place for 50 years - that's pretty impressive! You've got to try the combo plate with the shredded beef burrito, beef taco, and homemade beans and rice - it's a real treat. The green chile nachos are to die for if you like it spicy, but even without the sauce, they're a hit. Give it a shot and see if you agree with me - this place is a gem for homemade Mexican food!
