The food is great and the people are friendly.
The lady in gallup nm that takes the orders doesn't know the difference between replace with add she gets it wrong every time. I go there I always order the texas fritos pie and add sausage she always replaces with sausage. This is driving me mad I dont know if I'll go back I hate to say

We lost our Dickey's BBQ back home and I come through Gallup every couple of months so I was really looking forward to a great lunch!! The Mac and Cheese was perfect, the waffles fries were hot and crispy, unfortunately the main event pulled pork sandwich was way to spicy, I should have said something when I saw the size pinch of spice she dumped on top of my pork, she tried to mix it in but it was about four times what she should have used. I choked half of the sandwich down but couldn't finish it. What a bummer, I had been looking forward all day to having a great Dickey's lunch. Sucks to be me, guess I'll stick to pizza next time.

I see that this is a new location, but don't bother going. My pulled pork was 75% inedible FAT. The chicken was good. The service was disorganized. The music was so loud
