I was told that pick up time would be 20 to 25 min. I got there 20 min after placing the order. I paid and was told it would be another 5 min. I waited an addition 30 min to find out my pizza hadn't even been put in the oven. I had to leave to pick up my daughter. I came back after an hour (from placing my order). It was finally ready. No "sorry" or anything. I will not be back. The pizza wasn't even that good. We will take our business elsewhere, like Pizza 9.
