Tommy, the bartender at the Hotel Indigo, truly elevates the experience with his expertly crafted cocktails that hit all the right notes. My team and I were drawn down to the bar by the enticing aroma of his creations, and we were delighted with the perfectly balanced lemon drop martinis that left us wanting more. The atmosphere, the drinks, and the company all combined to create a memorable evening that we're already looking forward to repeating.
