BJ's Lounge is a beloved dive in the Bywater neighborhood, attracting a mix of locals and visitors like myself who appreciate its lively atmosphere and intimate stage. The Monday night scene is all about Smokey and his band, rocking out with a blend of early rock 'n roll and blues that keeps the energy high. Despite the bartender's shortcomings, the overall experience at BJ's is cozy, fun, and authentically New Orleans.
