I've been to Ruben's a few times now and it's always been a solid choice. The food is tasty and they don't skimp on portions. I really enjoyed the pork pineapple quesadilla with pico - it hit the spot! It may not look like much from the outside, but the food inside Cafe Negril is definitely worth a try.
