This ice cream joint in Olean is a real treat! The servings are generous and the flavors are amazing. I can't wait to go back for more! Our whole group had a blast trying all the different flavors, and my dreamcicle was a dream come true. The setup is convenient, with options to stay in your car or enjoy the picnic tables. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was a hit. Give this place a shot if you're in the area!

They have the best root beer juicy freeze. Good service. Car hopping with young college age kids. Just put your 4 ways on and be a little patient, this Covid 19 has given a whole different way of doing things. They are trying to serve you the best way they can. Good job HiHo.

Very upset with my experience (to say in the least). Used to go to hi-ho for decades. It was the go to place after a day of fishing or playing baseball. After sitting in the parking lot for over a half hour, without even having my order taken, I went to the front to try to at least place my order to which the owner very rudely told me I would have to go back to my car and wait instead of even apologizing for my wait. A verbal argument quickly escalated to the owner clenching his fist at me and acting like he wanted to assault me. NOT HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER AT ALL!!!!
