The owner was extremely rude today ! Very unfriendly, we go to the Rustic Loft once a week and spend nearly $100.00 every visit ! Needless to say , today was our last visit !

Would not recommend. Menu was deceiving. Ordered the chicken parm dinner which clearly stated "comes on a bed of pasta", however it doesn't. Waitress said the menus are wrong and are deceiving. I then ordered lime w/cilantro rice... well it was plain white dried up instant rice that seemed to have been sitting out for hours. The only good thing was our standard drinks. Will never eat there again and would not recommend it.

The wait staff and bar staff are very friendly and attentive. Food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable!
The atmosphere is very nice too, summer time I like to sit outside on the patio by the gas fire place and in the winter the gas fireplace is going inside......
Deserts are excellent too ~ especially the strawberry shortcake!!

My burger and hot wings were over cooked. The bartender/waitress was mingling with friends and co-workers at the end of the bar. Had to wait and then loudly get her attention for blue cheese and mayo and then charged
50 cents extra for 2 oz. of extra mayo for burger and blue cheese for wings. Should have gone to The Rain dancer, will next time.
