Chef knocked it out of the ballpark with his perfect blend of seasonings in the Utica Greens, a hearty portion to soothe your soul on a c-c-c-cold winter night. And his veal-pork-beef & mushroom sauce really impressed! Flavorful and unique. "Best ever wings" stated by a close friend from Manhattan, a lifelong food critic.
Someone in that kitchen has the perfect palate. Also "Best ever Bread Pudding!" My husband's a connoisseur. Light as a feather. DiPrinzio's Carrotcake? It's simply to die for. Seriously all their food is so wonderful. Staff friendly & very accommodating. Clayton locals have a jack pot in their own backyard..... I defy you to find better homemade pastas, meaty sauces or wood fired pizza pies or wings anywhere on planet Earth.
