Do not eat here!! I tried the smoked chicken and it was raw and when I complained I was told that is how it is. I have been eating smoked meats for ever and understand the difference between pink from the smoker and dead bloody raw. Make sure you check it before you put it near your mouth!

My son had a family gathering - food from Rolling Smoke. Everything was delicious. Including the sides.

This was the best BBQ I have had in a long time. Melt off the bone ribs and the tastiest pulled pork. Even the chicken was amazing.
