I had a fantastic experience at Baker's Tap Room. The French onion soup was excellent, the steak was good, and the fresh Cod and Salmon were being brought in while we were there. I can't wait to go back and try their wings next time.

I recently traveled to the Catskills from my home in the south. I stumbled upon a gem in the mountains - Bakers Tap Room. The atmosphere topped the southern hospitality I am used to. The warmth along with the music reminded me of the pubs in Ireland. The chicken and biscuits were excellent - chicken tender and biscuits light and flaky. The beer selection was perfect. This was a pleasant surprise and one I will go out of my way to come back to.

My wife and I have revisited Bakers this past week, after a few month hiatus. I understand that the owner Shane is now doing the cooking and didn't know what to expect. Well I think the food is even better than it was on our last visit. Again we had the Tai Pork Wings which were superb and the Fish and chips was the best I have ever had. The Brownie Sundae was terrific as was the Hospitality by Melissa. Great Place to eat in an area that is lacking in fine food.

Neighborhood atmosphere, cordial host Shawn and his lovely wife tend to your thirst and palate. Offerings change from time to time. Lite fair such as the Tai Pork Wings are to die for. Meat loaf and Turkey entree are always good as is the Hanger steak. Lobster Roll is yummy as are their great Burgers. The desserts are also quite good with lots of choices. The Bar is cozy with a large variety of Micro Brewery Beers and a nice selections of tasty wines. My wife and I frequent Bakers on a regular basis. Try it I don't think you will be disappointed.
