I order a Sandwich and Onion Rings the person I spoke with on the phone had a problem taking the order. After getting it correct , I receive my Sandwich but with French Fries in a Styrofoam container. Worse yet, the Styrofoam was melted on to the Fries. Last I read, Styrofoam was toxic if you eat it?!!? I threw the Fries in the garbage.

Pizza is great, awesome salads sandwiches and entrees, fast delivery friendly service, good place to grab a quick bite or sit down with the family!

Though Brother Brunos in port makes a decent pizza, they just lost a customer. A few weeks ago I placed an order after going to my nieces football game...it was pushing 8 pm and we didnt feel like cooking. I order a white pie and a regular pie and an order of chicken wings...we waited an hour and 40 minutes and I called to find out where the order was and was told it was on its way... well it showed up about 15 minutes later and we were just grateful to finally be able to feed the kids so we paid and were unpacking everything and realized it was the wrong order. The delivery guy at the same time came back knocking at the door to tell us he got the orders screwed up and he had to take the food back...that our food was going back to the store but he would be back in a few minutes with our order.
30 minutes later and I am fuming mad, he comes back and I told him wait while I check the order out...the pie is ice cold, the wings had been opened and the salad and soda were in the hot food bag and the salad was hot and wilted, and the soda warm...I flipped out and I told the kid that I wasnt paying for this crap (its after 10pm at this point and I am livid because the kids havent been fed!) I asked him if this was a new order and he said no, that it was the order that had been brought to someone elses house and the people brought it back in...CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY DELIVERED ME FOOD THAT HAD BEEN OPENED BY SOMEONE IN THEIR HOME AND THEM DELIVERED IT TO ME!! The delivery kid was at a loss as to why this was a problem and advised that I call the store and see if they will give it to me for free..yeah..like I want your food... The store told me to keep that food and the next time I ordered I would have a credit for the food that was delivered...I told them I didnt want this food because it had been opened... Low and behold I accept their credit and against our better judgement we ate some cold pizza because it was so late...
3 weeks later and I order to get my replacement order and the dimwit girl who answers has repeated dumb questions, and though she finds the slip with my order and the issue, there is no credit amount and she wants to know what I want to order...I told her I want to know how much a stromboli is, and she asks someone who is then telling her that I will have to call back tomorrow because there is no amount on the slip and they dont know how much they should credit...I GUESS ITS TO F-CK-NG HARD TO ADD 2 PIZZAS AND WINGS AND GET A TOTAL... I have worked a 10 hours day, I dont want to cook...already had a bad experience and I am told sorry I cant deliver to you until I talk to the manager so the manager can get a total...BROTHER BRUNOS YOU SUCK BALLS! I told her as much in my rude end to the conversation.
