Before I make any comments, I think it's pertinent to mention that I have only eaten at Hojack's one and, having been going through chemotherapy at the time, the food tasted off to me. In all probability, the food was just fine and my tastebuds had been sabotaged by the chemotherapy which, if you're not personally familiar with the treatment, is not an uncommon occurrence. That said, I still gave the restaurant a Five-star rating because I was out to dine with 6 members of my family and they all ranted and raved about the food. Since they are all.... shy when it comes to computers, I thought I'd go ahead and submit their review for them. I'm sorry I couldn't include any specific details about what they loved so much about their dinners, but they went on about it for a couple of hours after our meal proclaiming it's greatness.

It seems you may have something special and worth hanging on to here. This entire country has a pretty dismal selection of restaurants, so here's to hoping you'll be able to make your mark. You seem to be off to a great start. Keep up the hard work, mate.

I live 5 minutes from them, and go there frequently. I have eaten literally every item on their menu. The food is scratch made, the service wonderful, so I have trouble beleiving John's review. The chicken wings are smoked first, and the dipping sauces home made, the wings moist and flavorful.Burgers and steaks are phenomenol. Smoked prime rib? I was in heaven. My wife tells me it's my turn to cook tonight, I drive 5 minutes and get take out. She loves my (Ho-Jack's) cooking. My favorites are the specials every night. They always have fabulous soups, and 2 or more fabulous entrees. So I get both special soups, and 2 of the main course specials to share with my wife at home. Brenda makes 7-8 different delicious desserts fresh every day.She also concocts great drinks behind the bar, many tropical. In fact, just thinking about it has me so hungry, see you in 5 minutes!

Would rate 0 stars, but system won't post review without at least 1. 15 minute wait for table, another 15 minutes before waitress arrives; was ready to leave when she did show up. Good thing the hostess served us a glass of water. It was 45 minutes into the messed up dinner before waitress approached our table to refill (only drinks we had). Asked the waitress for the owner to speak w/him; she supposedly never told him we had requested him. Live locally, but will not be returning to this place and will not recommend it to others. Will stick with the old tried and true - Tillman's or Village House.

The PREVIOUSLY business names where
Ho-Jacks Station, Carlton's Four season, and Carlton Grill
All of those names are linked to INVALID PHONE NUMBERS
I have contacted Google, Yahoo, Bing, ect. And they can not remove the OLD links. OUR # is 585-682-JACK(5225)

If you want great chicken wings order Sweet Chili Sauce wings......they all are great but sweet chili is awesome......

We have eaten there several times and haven't found anything there we didn't love. Their flavored butters are fabulous!
