The portions at Cobleskill Diner are always generous and the food consistently delicious. It's my go-to spot whenever I'm in town, especially after a day of exploring Howe Caverns. The cozy hometown vibe and friendly service make it a must-visit for a satisfying and enjoyable meal experience.

Went to the dinner this morning for breakfast. A woman said they'd be right with us and we assumed we could sit down as we have been able to go sit at a table in the past.
When we did sit down she came to us with menus and the first thing that was said was "Did you not see the sign that said wait to be seated". No greeting. No politely asking if we would have waited for a table (which we would have). Just incredibly unprofessional behavior and incredibly rude.
When she asked us what she wanted I said nothing. That she was rude and we were leaving. Then this woman lies to us and tells us there are three parties waiting to be seated. Absolutely no one was waiting.
She proceeded to try and argue with my boyfriend and storms off. This wasn't even a teenager. This was an older woman. Blonde hair. Heavy on the make up.
If I treated my customers at the bank even wclose to how that woman treated my party today I would have no customers. Disgusting customer service. Incredibly unprofessional. We will never be back.
