THIS Used to be an ok diner, IS THERE NEW OWNERS over the last years???, been going for 30 plus years, there is this woman, DARK LONG HAIR, TONS OF DARK EYE MAKE UP, NEVER really SMILES and stares ....she is the rudest woman there could be. I work local IN GOSHEN ! ....never had more than a condiment problem of them not putting needed things in bags when our office did take out !!!**** but TODAY was horrible..I have ordered Corned beef on rye several times from them and always good, TODAY, THE FAT WAS SO BAD I COULDN'T EAT IT AND SO I TOOK IT BACK AND INSTEAD OF THIS HOSTESS / OR OWNER, BEING NICE ABOUT IT, SHE WAS A RUDE NASTY PERSON!!! I HOPE NOT THE OWNER B/C IF THAT IS THE OWNER SHE IS SO RUDE IT'S UNREAL!! SHE SAYS, WE NEVER HAD ANYONE COMPLAIN, AND I'M THINKING YEA, I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE EITHER BUT TODAY IT WAS BAD.....AND THEN SHE PROCEEDS TO ARGUE WITH ME AND VERBALLY ABUSE ME .....I AM CONSIDERING LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS AGAINST HER THAT IS HOW BAD IT WAS!!! MY JAW DROPPED. I KNOW SO MANY PEOPLE IN THE AREA......SHE SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT. I SEE MANY REVIEWS ALL OVER ONLINE TALKING ABOUT A RUDE WOMAN THAT STARES.......MUST BE THIS ONE .....I WILL BE CONTACTING OTHER BUSINESS OWNERS IN THE AREA AS WELL AS TRYING TO SPEAK TO ANOTHER OWNER!

I love this diner for their delicious food and very friendly and caring staff. I look forward to going there every time. It's been under new management for about a year or so, just guessing how long.

Extremely customer motives definitely go above and beyond. Customer service !!! I find the food pretty good and of ourselves their homemade cheese cake to kill for,A whole cheesecake makes a really great gift for the up coming Holidays No one will EVER COMPLAIN ABOUT THE GIFT OR TRY TO RETURN IT I FIND TO BE THE BEST I EVER HAD, Not being paid for this not even one little slice👍😜
