I discovered a charming restaurant just off I-81 in Parish, NY, where I enjoyed a delicious 1/2 lb burger loaded with fresh toppings and a side of potato chips. The atmosphere was cozy and clean, perfect for a quick meal, and the friendly service made the experience even better; I can't wait to return for dinner next time I'm in the area.
