For lunch, we craved a perfectly heated slice of pizza with thick, flavorful cheese and crispy, yeasty crust that had a flaky bite. Despite the lackluster ambiance and unfriendly service due to the scorching heat, the satisfying taste of the pizza made it worth returning to whenever we're back in Waterford.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! THE PIZZA IS NOT GOOD AND THEY CANT EVEN GET THE ORDER RIGHT, I ENDED UP WITH A COMPLETELY WRONG PIZZA AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I ASKED THEM TO CORRECT MY ORDER THATS WHEN THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE PIZZA IS BURNT AND VERY BLAND. THE PERSON WHO TOOK THE ORDER CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

Excellent food except for your sub rolls. Just got a chicken cutlet sub and would order again if you would only stop the spongy rolls. When we get them with out dinner we throw them out. But that is part of a sub so I will not order another sub. If you order a good crusty Italian bread rolls like cookie factory on Troy or Bella Napoli I guarantee you would double your sub order.

The owner is the RUDEST man I have ever been in contact with in my ENTIRE life. He talks to you like you are a piece of dirt. Absolutely disgusting human being.

La Bella was great when Artum owned it , then sold it to Louie and had Paulie and Paulie's father working there , place was clean, food was delicious
when Walter bought it it started to suck,Bad attitude on the phone,less than polite people in the store.
Being a parole officer,I saw 2 workers that I know had a huge drug problem...one was always testy to customers.
I got tired of the bad attitude so I rather travel or get delivery from Geno's in Downtown Troy...better food and no attitude

My partner and I have been loyal customers for 3 years and because the food was pretty good we tolerated the often rude service. Last week we had a family emergency and were unable to pick up an order we had placed. I understand that as a business they lost money on it, but you would hope for some decency/humanity as we have always been great customers. Boy, were we wrong! After explaining the situation, they were EXTREMELY rude to us and preceeded to harass us by calling us THREE times demanding a better reason why we could not pick up the pizza. As we were dealing WITH AN EMERGENCY, this was APPARENTLY not a good enough excuse for a pardon. Eventually, we hung up on them. I can promise you we will never be going back and I will make sure to let everyone know the kind of treatment they can expect here!

Not sure when the last reviewer was there, but we get take out from La Bella's in Waterford all the time and we love it. Good food, I have never seen it dirty in there, and we've always been treated very well when we go in. It is a small Mom and Pop store, so it isn't like the chains you see popping up all over. We like the atmosphere of a small business.

This place it dirty and it looks like they jest use it to clean dirty money the fOod was horrible and so was the way they dealt with costumers I wold rather starve then go eat there again
