I would not even rate this as one star. Just got carry out to the days inn. I got fried shrimp. IT was completely dried up not fit to eat.. Absolute worst chinese food i have ever tried to eat. Do not get food from this restaurant.

A local for about 4 years. I am a Chinese-American. I take chinese take-out food with a grain of salt. It is usually not quite as authentic as I would prefer. However, even take-out places catering to a Western palate come in the good and bad categories. Ming Moon is better than good. It's excellent! The ingredients are fresh. They are ably prepared. They are never oversauced or overdone. When I get a craving for local Chinese food, it's Ming Moon that I turn to. So if you're having a craving, stop by and give it a try.
