The food at King's Wok is exceptionally fresh and flavorful, with standout dishes like the Mongolian beef and orange chicken, which truly taste homemade, making it my go-to for Chinese takeout in the area, despite the occasional wait and need for a cleaner environment.

Good food
One of the Best Chinese takeout in Canandaigua area
Found service good, though very curt and ignored my questions after I paid
Also I added a $3 tip to my receipt and when I saw my bank statement Kings Wok made it $4
Very disappointed and likely not to go back

I called (the first time ever) I said that I wanted to place an order for delivery, and the woman on the phone said. " we don't deliver" and then hung up on me!
I called back. Ordered 50 worth of food for pickup (perhaps she should have suggested that instead of hanging up on me...a little crazy on the customer service).
Order was on time, and hot. The food was mostly good (beef and veggies perfectly cooked, egg foo young was really good) Don't order the dumplings. The wrapper is...not good. undercooked pancake-like. Very odd for a dumpling. Next day experience with this dumpling was even worse. Had to throw them out.

I ordered a pupu platter. the meat was dry. no taste, the rest I thru away. also beef and shrimp lo mein. again beef was hard. lo mein no taste . the lo mein rubbery bad food in all! 22.00 dollars a waste. my rate a -0. Never again. Day old food!

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened and have always enjoyed the food. The recent addition of a new cook has changed my opinion. Each time I go in I hope that the new cook doesn't prepare my meal. The favors are not as vibrant as before and the taste is somewhat watered down. Very disappointing. Please retrain this guy on the tried and true recipes I have come to love.
