I highly recommend visiting Pennell's for a delightful Italian dining experience in Saratoga. Their authentic Italian dishes, such as the Chicken Parmigiana and Veal Parm, are truly outstanding and generously portioned. "Loved" Pennell's, We went on special occasions, was always treated great. We walked in tonight after driving for 8 hours and working for ten. Asked the hosts for a table and advised her we had no reservation, said can we take one of the hightops in the bar. Yes she said I'll send a waitress over. We waited 30 minutes went to the bar ordered two drinks and asked the bartender for menues, he gave them to us and said I'll send a waitress over. We finished our drinks, no one approached us we left after leaving a 15 dollar tip. Everyone d
