I have sampled a variety of hot dogs in the Schenectady area, including Broadway Lunch, First Prize Mike's, and Newest Lunch, but none have impressed me as much as the ones served at this establishment. Despite my preference for mini dogs over full-size ones, these hot dogs can stand up against the renowned options at Famous Lunch, Hot Dog Charlie's, and Gus'. Additionally, their cream of chicken soup is quite delightful. Overall, while the breakfast offerings are standard for a diner, the lunch menu is where this place truly shines, making it worth a return visit.

Ordered two chicken salad sandwiches and two BLTs. Total came to 28.00 , no fries pickles or any sides w that mind you . 28.00 dollars for two slices of bread w some chicken salad plop on it . They really get ya for your money . What a rip off .

Used to eat there all the time but the servers got nastier and the place dirtier each time we went back. Last week my husband ordered a Reuben. The corned beef was nearly white...well, ok light pink. It was open face and the dressing looked somewhat curdled. Called to let the owner know but never heard back. Not looking for my money back or a free sandwich. It's just that I know how hard it was to build the place up to its former status. Too bad. At least clean the place up a little.

Their food is definitely worth trying, from the breakfast to the wraps and burgers. It is a bit more expensive, but nothing serious, and the staff is pretty good. Best in the world, no, but worth trying out if you are interested.

I used to go here all the time but lately everything is terrible. I always order to go dinners because I am alone.
No matter what I order, it is never correct. Just the other day I ordered coleslaw for a vegetable and received a tiny paper cup of coleslaw. Would I have received the same if I had ordered a hot vegetable? Another time I had ordered fish and never received any tarter sauce even though I asked for extra. And there portions have become smaller and smaller.
