food wasn't hot. certain items were not spicy enough was to be HOT was not. Need a way to adjust your order for exceptions. or possible Allergy

Their buffet at lunch or dinner is plentiful & excellent. The owners are friendly and helpful. I have eaten in many times and also get take-out at least once a week.
