The experience at Simon's was fantastic, from the entertaining chef to the outstanding food and attentive service. Despite a short wait, the overall atmosphere was vibrant and enjoyable, making it a memorable dining experience worth returning to. Whether it's for a special occasion or just a casual outing, Simon's offers a great value for delicious hibachi cuisine in a comfortable setting.

This has always been my favorite restaurant. I've never had an issue until now. did my first ever take out order, and I was super disappointed. On top of them being 40 minutes late for the time they said it would be ready the food has significantly smaller portions than in store. I always get double meat when I eat there, it's normally $10.95. I didn't measure it, but it definitely felt like there was less than normal. And there was also barely any rice of vegetables in the box. Plus the steak was way overdone and dry. I called in and the manager told me the cook used 24oz of steak, not 32oz like normal. Then I'm like that's not two double meat then that's only one, but I was charged for two. She was confused, then cook got on the phone and said, "It's not double meat it's only 4oz extra each." Even though when I go in store double definitely means double, because they bring out 4 steaks instead of 2. They didn't even care that it was overcooked or very light on all the sides. It definitely wasn't worth the $80 for 2 that I paid. I go in with my girlfriend at least once a week, you would think they would care at least a little that I didn't have a good experience. Plus yelling at the customer saying they are wrong is very unprofessional. So disappointed in them.
