Went there on Friday evening 5/3/24. Haven't been there for maybe 2 mos. Used to be our fav for pizza. WTH happened? Did they change hands? We waited 45 min., only to have to send the pizza back twice because it was cold. There was hardly any sauce on it, and it was smaller! No crispy crust, no taste! Young waiter was kind, but the entire staff (except the bar area) looked like they were being forced to work. Waiter took drink off the bill because he knew....he just knew.
Very disappointed and saddened if this is from now on forward.

Last night I had the worst dining experience I ever had. The wait staff was as rude as can be. When a member of my party asked if he could have an item that was not on the menu he was told no. That was not the problem. I overheard our water and 3 others making fun of the person making the request. One said he would have made him go to the kitchen and cook it himself if he wanted it. When our orders came out after a long wait 3 out of the 5 were wrong. My meal was uneatable. After sending my meal back I was told that I should just go to the salad bar because I was going to be charged for the meal any way. I will never go back.
