Kim, our friendly waitress at The Tilly's Diner, served us the Waitress special with amazing home fries and delicious coffee, making it a new regular stop during visits to our Catskills home.

My family and I have been going to Tilly's for breakfast for many years. It's usually decent, but after today, I can say we won't be returning. I ordered the cheddar & hash omelet. It was very bland and so was my husbands meal. My kids got pancakes and I tried my sons chocolate chip pancakes and they had no taste! Even with syrup and the chocolate chips! My home fries were extremely bland (even after adding salt, pepper and ketchup). We left in shock. The whole meal was just lacking any flavor whatsoever. The inside of my other sons pancakes didn't look fully cooked (was liquidy upon cutting them for him). Also, the cost of the pancakes on the menu was $8, but we got charged $9. Needless to say, we will be looking for a new breakfast spot.
