I enjoyed a fantastic supreme pizza from Wise Guys tonight, featuring a perfect balance of toppings and a delicious crust. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the quick delivery, especially since we were looking for a tasty option while staying in Hammondsport during the off-season.

Walked in and the guy taking orders didn't ask how or what I wanted on a chicken finger sub then seemed annoyed when I told him how I wanted it. Was told 25 minutes and then he and others in the kitchen were walking around without their masks on their face. Told them they could cancel my order if they were not able to follow the mask rules.

Decent pizza. The calzones are better. Haven't tried the wings yet but I will next time.

The food was cold and it was by far the worst customer service we've ever experienced. The lady taking the order was rude and sarcastic. They need to hire people who represent them well. We waited far too long for our food. You are better off going the extra few miles to the next pizza place!!!

I cannot believe they sold me a burnt godfather sub! Couldn't they see this! Roll was black, meat was blackened and had little to no "golden sause" (honey mustard) and my sub with soda was almost $12.
