Thanks for blocking me and my negative review Charlotte's Tea room! You didn't block my payment or above 20% tip that we left after being treated so rudely!!!!
Disgusting!!!

A simple apology would have been nice but instead I have been blocked and banned from the site. Good thing about social media there are plenty of other outlets to let the community know of your disgusting behavior towards paying customers!!

Let me start this post by stating I never want to bash a local business. I try as often as possible to shop locally in Warwick. We went to several business today and had wonderful experiences however, today looking for something festive to celebrate holidays with my mother, sister and our children we wanted to support local business during this rough Covid times. We made specific reservations a month ago where we changed the date twice due to wanting to be in a particular room at Charlottes tea room. Upon arrival we were first told our reservation time was 130p; where we made it for 1, secondly we were told we could not have the particular room due to Covid regulations and there were people seated at other tables. The manager extremely arrogantly asked us if we would like to sit in another room, we agreed and stated this really wasn't where we wanted to sit that's why we made reservations so far in advance and specifically asked for the garden room. This gentleman decided as a manager to turn around and state "sometimes in life you don't get what you want". Appalled by that comment we asked to speak to the owner, we were told the owner was not available as we were walking out, we asked anotherwaitress if we could speak to the owner and she went and got the owner. The owner came and spoke to us not once apologizing for how her staff spoke to us. We ended up staying as we had children with us that were looking forward to spending the afternoon with their grandmother and doing something different as a tea party. Our waitess Charlotte was very lovely and the meal was good. Unfortunately as we were leaving the owner and her staff decided it was the proper thing to do to stand as side door watch us leave in an intimidating way . Really unfortunate experience and we will never be returning.
