As for COVID protocols, other than the staff wearing masks, they have none. We were seated within a foot of the table next to us. Chips arrived with no napkin in the basket and the baskets are not sterilized between customers so you are touching a basket that many other people put their hands into. We were pushed to order their $10 guacamole appetizer before we even had a chance to look at menu. Got the nacho supreme appetizer and they should be embarrassed to serve such a small order with barely any toppings. Main course of shrimp wrapped in bacon was over cooked and dry, the rice was tasteless. The servers were attentive although they were clearly waiting on too many tables at once because we were rushed to order, they spent barely any time at the tables, and were literally running between each table. It was a clear get them in and out mentality by management. The views outside were phenomenal but the rushed atmosphere was not conducive to a relaxing night out.

Screw this place. Been coming here for years been a loyal customer and spent tons of money here. Everytime i came i would come with a group and make reservations as we travel to this restaurant from 2 hours away ( nd yes still a city in new york ). Now they cant accomodate and walkins only. How is that right for me to come with a group of 6 from 2 hours away to find out maybe you are booked the whole night. You lost a long time customer.

SUX...only thing good is the guacamole. Chicken is dried out like a leather sole.

Food at this restaurant was excellent. Much like their smaller place, Fiesta Mexicana, right down the road only this place is a bit more upscale. We ate outside with views of the water and it was great. Just ONE THING....go over your check when you get it. Especially is there are many of you as there were 3 things totaling $30 that were added to our bill that we did not order. I heard this happens here and at Fiesta Mexicana so check your bill.
