As a local who frequents Katy's, I can vouch for its cozy atmosphere with sturdy chairs and easy-to-read menu boards. The service may seem slow to some, but considering the limited staff managing multiple tasks, it's understandable. The food, made to order, has been a mix of hits and misses for me, but the breakfast wrap and grilled cheese with bacon are definite winners.
