SERVICE IS AWFUL! Lazy employees, specially Natalia, Denise, & Nikki. They give you false information about the hours of operation. I learned to just call ahead to "confirm" that they are open and serving customer. On at least 2 different occasions, we arrived and they denied us service simply because they either were "slow and decided to close early" or we arrived "1 minute after the kitchen supposedly closed," yet they still were taking orders for take out and wouldn't allow us to dine in despite the fact that the restaurant was full of patrons. Good burgers, but BAD service. Service is just as important as the food!

Went there for lunch on Sunday and was disgusted how dirty the dining area was inside. The wall was splashed with stains and it smelled like vomit and stale beer
