Other than being told I had to wait 2.5hrs because I have 7 people in my party, bad business on your managers part,not to accommodating she could have put 2 tables together .I understand your busy,I feel as though you cater to smaller parties, we've been coming to your location for awhile and never had to wait that long,

I go to the queensbury location at least once a week, always request the bar top. Ben waits on us and honestly he's the reason we come back. Don't get me wrong the food is good. Ben is personable he talks to you like your more then a customer but a friend. If your regulars like us and typically get the same thing he remembers your order from the app to the main even your drink.

Always had great experiences there. We drive from florence vt to come there. Tonight was different. We were there around 630. Our server was awesome. Your floor manager or whatever she is called was rude and tried to make me look stupid...for the first time ever we got a bad steak. No problem it happens. She stated itwas because it was rib eye and thats the way they are like we didnt know what a ribeye was. We get ribeye every time we go there. Always was delicious. Maybe some people training skills should be taught to her or a refresher course.
