I just had dinner at the new Rest. Mina's @ 325 New Windsor Highway,in New Windsor. The food was excellent. We were serviced by Stephanie and Sophia,right away after being sat down by Lindsey Valentin. The food was great. This was acutually the second day in a row having dinner there. Yesterday I had the Mondongo,and today the Beef Stew!
