Under new ownership, this establishment specializes in pizza and subs, though it lacks air conditioning, making the interior quite warm. The grinders and subs are impressive, featuring fresh ingredients and soft rolls, offering larger portions at competitive prices compared to other chains. While I haven't sampled the pizza yet, the subs and breakfast sandwiches are quite enjoyable, and joining the sub club allows for additional savings without the need for physical cards.

With new ownership, this establishment offers delicious pizza and subs, along with a limited selection of other items. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the quality of their grinder/sub sandwiches is exceptional. The subs are generously filled with fresh ingredients, served on soft and moist rolls, and are larger than those found at other chain restaurants for the same price. Join their sub club for extra savings without the hassle of carrying a physical card - all your information is securely stored in their database for your convenience.
