After waiting almost an hour for our 3:56pm to go order, we got home only to find that the order was incorrect. On calling to complain, it took multiple attempts to speak to spmeone, only to be put on hold for a manager, who, after 20 minutes on hold, never came. On calling again and waiting for nearly 30 minutes before someone picked up, I was told the manager was busy. I asked the person if he knew how bad things are on his end and he said "Yes". I'm still waiting for the manager to call me. Not holding my breadth!

easy easy easy. i just pulled in gave my order 15 mins later i had my meal. the young man that waited on me was friendly informative and was fast.

Bar tender.over charge me for coors light she charge me 4.00 for a pint.i question her several time that the price can't be right.and she didn't respond.this is the second time.she rips me off.i spend big bucks there.this is a great steak house but the bar tenders are not great.as you can see the bar is empty. One bar girl told me that she don't like me....I will be going else where..she works on Saturday 4-11-15 .This place is lacking real bar tenders.
